Susan is a Financial Advisor with Evershore Financial Group and has been in the financial services industry with her CFP designation since 1992. Susan has an MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University. Susan has also earned the CDFA designation, adding to her expertise in working with clients going through the divorce process. She takes pride in her line of work, helping individuals, families, and businesses pursue their financial goals.
Before entering the financial services industry, Susan debuted in her working life as a registered nurse. After learning that her parents were victims of a Ponzi scheme, Susan changed careers in order to help ensure that others don’t suffer the same fate.
Susan has spoken about personal finance to many groups including the Women’s Entrepreneur Network at Palm Beach State College, and the Palm Beach County Directors of Nursing Association. She also lectures on financial literacy to young adults through her volunteer role as a mentor for Women of Tomorrow and as a guest lecturer at Women in Distress.
Susan is the Past President of the South Florida Financial Planning Association and a member of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Coral Springs Chamber of Commerce, the American Business Women’s Association, Women For Excellence and the Boca Raton Estate Planning Council.
Susan loves to spend time in her garden reading a good book, watching football, big game fishing, and visiting her grown children. She lives in Boca Raton with her husband of 35 years and her extremely fluffy cat Lara.
