Dana Richmond has 15 years of experience in sales and business development. She specializes in a strategic approach and couples that with creative solutions that are tailored for her clients. Dana also strives to work in an environment rooted in open-communication. Finance is so personal, even for business owners, and Dana listens to what her client’s needs are and then works to deliver results to solve those needs.
One of Dana’s focuses is educating and encouraging women entrepreneurs concerning their finances. She is licensed in Florida and holds Series 7 and Series 66 registrations. Dana offers her clients a wide array of financial solutions that can be customized to their unique needs before and after retirement. She works with clients and business owners to analyze their current situations and recommends clear, easy-to-understand financial strategies. Dana enjoys collaborating with client’s tax and legal advisors to ensure appropriate and comprehensive strategies.
When not working, Dana loves to play tennis, dance, and be outside enjoying the Florida sunshine. Dana is married to her husband, Shawn, and they live in Audubon Park near Leu Gardens. They enjoy weekend outings to the latest restaurants and also their family time with their young daughters, Norah and Ava, and Biscuit, their Goldendoodle. Dana always has her bags packed and ready for the next adventure-- she loves to travel whenever possible.
Previously, Dana worked in Global Sales for Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Washington, DC. In her most recent role, she engaged with global clients to establish long-term relationships and achieve significant goals of increasing revenue by millions of dollars. During her thirteen years with Hyatt, Dana moved across the country several times gaining experience and working with clients from diverse business backgrounds. Whether it was Scottsdale or Atlanta, Maui or San Diego, finding solutions to meet clients needs has always been Dana’s passion.
Dana earned her B.S. degree from the University of Central Florida and is originally from Tallahassee, Florida.
