Tim Haynes has focused his practice on three main areas of business: medical practices, professional business, and personal estate planning. His financial background spans 40 years in Central Florida in both the private and public sector.

Tim has lived in West Volusia County for over 35 years since building a home in Deltona. He has deep community ties as demonstrated by his involvement in his local church, hospital boards and 4-H board. He has been involved with the Florida Hospital Fish Memorial Foundation since 2006, serving as the Treasurer, Vice-Chairman, and now as Chairman for the Southwest Volusia Healthcare Corporation, Florida Hospital Fish Memorial Finance Board, Florida Hospital Fish Memorial Physician Development Board, and chairman of the Volusia County 4-H Trustee Association.

Throughout his career, Tim continues to strive to bring education, business value and personal finance strategies to his clients. By serving on various hospital boards and by having a daughter who serves as an Midwife at Winnie Palmer Hospital, Tim has developed a unique understanding of the demands placed on professionals in the medical field and who own their practice. He has also worked on several business sale and succession plans enabling owners to successfully capture years of sweat equity.

Tim is licensed in 12 states, including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Massachusetts, Maryland, West Virginia, Louisiana, Ohio, Arizona and California. Tim is an independent agent and can offer a wide array of products from most of the well-known insurance companies in the nation. He holds fixed and variable licenses, several professional designations and memberships to professional associations. These include LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Charter Fellowship), CLTC (State Certification in Long Term Care planning), and membership in the FPA (Financial Professionals Association) and is an active member of the MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) organization.

Tim works with his clients to address risk management concerns including life insurance, disability insurance, and long term care insurance. He has several working relationships with local at torneys and CPAs and can provide quality referrals. Tim can work with his clients and their tax and/or legal professionals to help coordinate their investments, life insurance and estate plan goals. His knowledge of qualified retirement plans and methods has proven valuable to his business clients. In today’s financial markets, it is important to have relationships with professionals you trust.

Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) is an independent membership organization of life insurance and financial service professionals. Membership levels are based on commissions, premiums or fees generated within a year from investment and insurance products. Members must apply annually and pay a fee. Members must be members in good standing of a Professional Association which has met the following criteria: in existence at least 2 years, have 100 or more members, must be a nonprofit organization, must have a code of ethics and an effective means of dealing with breaches of its code.
